The Dust Doesn't Leave With the Contractor
Renovation dust is different: it's fine, abrasive, and it settles for weeks after the work ends. Ordinary vacuums recirculate it; ordinary cloths smear it. Our post-renovation crews use HEPA-filtered industrial vacuums and a strict top-down sequence so dust removed from ceilings doesn't resettle on your floors.
- Removal of leftover debris, packaging and protective film

- Paint, plaster and adhesive spot removal from glass, tiles and fittings
- Detail cleaning of window tracks, sockets, hinges and skirting

Fixed Quote
You receive a written price covering labour, equipment and disposal. Typical apartments run RM 600–RM 1,800.

A crew of three to five works through the site top-down. Most units are handed over within one to two days.
