MentorVault Services Sdn. Bhd. started with a simple observation: most cleaning disappointments aren't caused by lazy cleaners, but by untrained ones. Nobody had ever shown them the right order to clean a room, which chemical suits which surface, or why the bathroom sponge must never meet the kitchen counter.
So we built our own cleaning academy first, and the company second. Every person who joins MentorVault — regardless of experience — completes structured training covering surface chemistry, zoning, colour-coded equipment and client etiquette before their first solo visit. Refresher sessions run every quarter.
Today our crews complete thousands of cleans a year across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley, from studio apartments to multi-floor offices. Most new clients come from referrals — which is exactly how we want it.
