Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?
No. Our crews bring professional-grade equipment and cleaning agents suited to your surfaces. If you prefer that we use your own products — for example, for allergy reasons — just let the coordinator know when booking.
How do you price a job?
For standard homes we quote from the details you give us: property type, number of rooms and bathrooms, and general condition. For deep cleans, post-renovation work and commercial spaces we arrange a short assessment first, then give a fixed price that will not change mid-job.
Are your cleaners vetted?
Yes. Every crew member passes identity and background checks, then completes training in our internal cleaning academy before their first client visit. Most of our team have been with us for over two years.
What if something gets damaged during cleaning?
Accidents are rare, but if our crew damages anything we compensate the full value — that's part of our service agreement, and it's why every job is insured.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Kuala Lumpur plus the wider Klang Valley: Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cheras, Ampang and surrounding areas. For locations further out, contact us — we often can arrange it.
Can I book a same-day clean?
Often, yes. Express slots are available on most weekdays for maintenance cleans. Call us before noon and we'll do our best to have a crew with you the same afternoon.
