A deep clean tackles the accumulated grime that day-to-day cleaning leaves behind — and it's the right choice before moving in, after tenants leave, or once or twice a year as a seasonal reset.
Our deep-clean crews work in pairs or threes with extended equipment: steam cleaners, degreasing agents, descaling treatments and detail brushes for tile grout and window tracks.

Free Assessment First
We view the property (in person or via video call), agree the scope and give you one fixed price. Typical range: RM 450–RM 1,400 depending on size and condition.
One-Day Turnaround
Most apartments are completed in a single day. Larger landed homes may take two — we tell you exactly how long before we start.
Checklist Handover
The job ends with a walkthrough against the agreed checklist. If any item isn't up to standard, it's redone before we leave.
